1 Set-up fee will be waived.

2 FrontPage 2000 and 2002 support, which is provided with our hosting, is to troubleshoot problems you may have due to server extension damage or other issue related to the server side. We do not offer support in the "training" sense of the word in our hosting package. We do offer FrontPage "training" support by telephone at the rate of $75/hour, billable in 15 minute increments.

3 The Snitz Forums 2000 is freeware, which we have pre-configured and installed on our servers to save you the installation issues. We provide the installed, configured Forum package; however, we do not provide support. Support is provided online at the Snitz Forums 2000 website.

4 We will install and configure a guestbook add-in to your existing FrontPage web upon request.

5 We do not provide you with a domain name; we host the domain name you have registered. If you have not already registered your domain name, we will do so for you during the account set-up process and bill your credit card for the costs. Current domain registration is $50 for two years through DomainBank.net
